Up until the time we hired you, Dan and I had always been do-it-yourselfers. We knew we didn't want to take on such a large job, but we were apprehensive about hiring a contractor. Just about anyone you talk to have a contracting nightmare story. We'd had a neighbor go through a very difficult remodel and hoped we'd learned from their mistakes, but were still concerned.

Just sitting down and discussing the project with you made us feel more comfortable. Once the project began, and we saw that your employees showed up when they said they would, treated us and our home with respect, AND you stayed on schedule, we were thrilled with the choice we'd made.

But perhaps an even greater measure of a contractor is the attention you get from them once the job has been completed. There are always questions and concerns upon completion of any job, but with a project as complex as ours - extensive remodel of our kitchen and master bath, plus upgrades to one and half other baths, removing wallpaper, extensive retexturing and painting, removing popcorn ceiling, adding can lighting and remodeling our fireplace surround - there were several issues that needed to be resolved.

Not only did you address each and every one of our concerns, but you did so without question, without evasion, and in an as timely manner as possible. Remember that neighbor I mentioned earlier? She completed her remodel before we started ours, and she still can't get her contractor to fix a leaky shower.
